Most paper work is basic common sense!!!! You dont need a marketing license but you do need marketing experience... First of all I would ask myself what am I adveertising?2.Who will be by customers and 3.How much time am i really going to have to invest to get it up and running.... internet marketing is not easy!!! So ask your self how do I target the right peolpe for my company and get them to use my services!!! I'll suggest u look into one of them prepaid lawyer services. It costs less and they'll be of tremendous help.
